Le présent marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'à exécution complète des prestations. La durée prévisionnelle du marché est de 9 mois pour la partie forfaitaire et de 3 ans pour la partie unitaire. Ce marché est dit « composite » en ce qu'il comprend une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Il s'agit d'un marché public ordinaire rémunéré par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. Une partie des prestations sera exécutée selon la technique d'achat de l'accord-cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire avec un montant maximum indiqué dans l'acte d'engagement sur la durée totale du marché public en application des dispositions des articles L.2125-1 1° et R.2162-1 à R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires, fixés dans le bordereau des prix unitaires
