Les prestations demandées sont : - Le nettoyage des locaux ; - La fourniture, l’approvisionnement et la mise en place des consommables sanitaires (savon, essuie-mains, papier hygiénique etc…); - Services associés. Le lieu d’exécution des marchés est constitué par un ensemble de sites situés dans le département de l’Allier. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots: Lot 01 Tous sites sauf Montluçon. Lot 02 Site Montluçon (lot réservé: En de l'article L. 2113-12 du Code de la commande publique, le lot 2 Sites Montluçon est réservé à des entreprises adaptées mentionnées à l’article L5213-3 du Code du travail, à des établissements et services d’accompagnement par le travail mentionné à l’article L344-2 du Code de l’action sociale et des familles ainsi qu’à des structures équivalentes.) L'accord-cadre avec un maximum de 150 000 € HT pour chaque période de 2 ans et pour chaque lot soit 600 000€ HT sur sa durée totale de 4 ans est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
