Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement des publics bénéficiaires du rSa, il s'agit d'envisager la mise en oeuvre d'un projet personnel à visée d'inclusion sociale à court terme et d'insertion professionnelle à plus long terme. Le marché vise donc d'une part à permettre aux bénéficiaires du rSa qui le souhaitent, de pouvoir s'engager dans des activités de bénévolat et d'autre part aux structures d'accueil de concilier une mission d'intérêt général et un besoin de missions bénévoles
