La présente consultation est effectuée sous la forme d'une procédure adaptée ouverte (Article R2123-1 3° - Services sociaux et autres services spécifiques -Code de la commande publique). Elle devra obligatoirement être dispensée par des établissements ou organismes de formation ayant satisfait à l'obligation de déclaration d'activité prévue à l'article L6351-1 du Code du travail auprès de l'autorité administrative compétente (DREETS)
