Le titulaire se verra attribuer les éléments de missions suivants : Mission de base : Esquisse (ESQ +) / Diagnostic (DIA) / Etudes d'Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS) / Etudes d'Avant-Projet Définitif (APD)/ Etudes de Projet (PRO/DCE) / Assistance au Maître d'Ouvrage pour la passation des contrats de travaux (ACT) / Examen de la conformité et visa des études d'exécution réalisées par des entreprises (VISA) / Direction de l'exécution des travaux (DET)/ Assistance au Maître d'Ouvrage pour les opérations de réception, compris période de garantie de parfaite achèvement (AOR et GPA) , et des missions complémentaires en PSE : OPC (PSE1) / CSSI Coordination en matière de Système Sécurité Incendie (PSE 2). L'enveloppe financière affectée aux travaux est de 5 000 000 €HT. Cette nouvelle procédure est lancée suite à la déclaration sans suite de la procédure CM920, pour motif d'intérêt général, tenant à l'évolution du programme en cours de consultation.
