L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de douze (12) mois à compter du 1er janvier 2027. Il pourra être reconduit tacitement trois (3) fois, par périodes successives de douze (12) mois. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec un maximum en quantité de 18 000 tonnes par an.
