Les stipulations du présent accord-cadre concernent la fourniture de mobiliers pour équiper divers espaces de travail : Espace de travail, salles de réunion, espaces de convivialité, espaces d'accueil, espaces restauration, espaces extérieurs pour le futur siège de la Métropole de Grenoble et l'ensemble des sites métropolitain. La fourniture inclut des prestations associées. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de sa notification, reconductible pour trois périodes de 1 an. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires selon les quantités réellement exécutées du bordereau des prix unitaires. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les montants maximums sur toute la durée de l'accord-cadre (4 ans) sont les suivants : lot n°1 : 900 000 euro(s) HT maximum, lot n°2 : 640 000 euro(s) HT maximum.
