La présente consultation a pour objet d'assurer la maintenance prédictive, préventive et curative des équipements, réduire les pannes et défaillances ainsi que d'améliorer le programme de renouvellement des équipements de production et de distribution d'eau potable ainsi que de collecte et de traitement des eaux usées du territoire de la Communauté de communes du Genevois. L'objet du marché ainsi que la description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques pour chaque lot sont indiqués dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le présent marché est passé selon une procédure formalisée de type appel d'offres ouvert. Il est soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2-1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique
