L'opération comprendra la construction, au 3 rue Gay Lussac, des bureaux, ateliers et locaux de stockage, la modernisation de l'ensemble des VRD du 3 rue Gay Lussac, la transformation en espaces verts d'une partie des espaces extérieurs et des réaménagements ponctuels du bâtiment 3 bis. La mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre est établie en application des articles L. 2410-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Missions confiées au maître d'oeuvre : Eléments de mission de base : ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, EXE (y compris SYN), ACT, DET, AOR Eléments de missions complémentaires : DIA, OPC Autres éléments de missions (ces éléments s'intègrent dans les éléments de missions de base et éléments de mission complémentaires) : Energie / QEB / Economie circulaire, SSI Planning prévisionnel : études de conception 2026, travaux 2027/2028 La part de l'enveloppe financière affectée aux travaux par le maître de l'ouvrage est fixée à : 5 650 000.00 euros HT travaux (valeur mai 2025)
