L’objet de cette opération est la construction d’un gymnase au complexe sportif Jean-Jacques Marcel situé quartier du Vabre, au sein d’une structure sportive regroupant d’autres équipements (stades, tribunes et complexe aquatique). Il s’agit de la phase 2 d’un projet d’ensemble sportif divisé en 2 phases : - La phase 1 a été réalisée en 2021. Elle comprenait, un ensemble qui représente la partie Nord du bâtiment. D’une surface de 2 545 m², elle regroupe une aire d’évolution sportive, des tribunes, des vestiaires, des salles de gymnastique douce et des locaux associatifs. - La phase 2, objet du présent marché, représente la partie Sud du bâtiment. Il s’agit également d’un gymnase de 1 020 m² qui accueillera une salle d’expression corporelle, une salle de gymnastique avec agrès et des locaux associés à ces activités (vestiaires et rangements) autour d’un patio végétalisé. A l’Est, des sanitaires et un local rangement accessibles depuis l’extérieur pour le skate park existant sont prévus. L’aménagement de la rampe d’accès PMR faisant la liaison entre ces 2 équipements est prévue à part (en P.S.E.). Un marché sera prochainement lancé pour compléter les équipements sportifs. La mission de maîtrise d’œuvre, lancée par la commune dans le cadre de cette opération, a été attribuée au groupement: MARCIANO/SECMO/ADRET/VENATHEC/R2M/CERRETI dont le mandataire est le cabinet Marciano Architecture domicilié à Marseille. Date prévisionnelle de début des travaux : Prévision septembre 2026.
