La présente consultation porte sur un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, à bons de commande, ayant pour objet la réalisation de missions de contrôle technique (CT) auprès de la Solideo Alpes 2030. Le marché comporte des missions de base et des missions complémentaires. Cet accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel conformément à l'article R. 2162-4-2° du Code de la Commande Publique. Le montant maximum annuel en euros HT par lot est le suivant : - Lot 1 : 785 000 euro(s) HT ; - Lot 2 : 360 000 euro(s) HT ; - Lot 3 : 250 000 euro(s) HT. Le contexte de l'accord-cadre, ainsi que le détail des missions sont précisés dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières de l'accord-cadre (CCTP). Certaines des missions qui y sont décrites sont susceptibles de se dérouler de façon concomitante compte tenu de la planification simultanée prévisionnelle de l'ensemble des chantiers. Le périmètre d'intervention est réparti en différents pôles : Haute-Savoie, Savoie, Briançon et Nice Côte d'Azur. Le périmètre d'intervention propre à chaque lot est détaillé à l'article 2.2 du CCTP.
