Ce marché est un marché de maintenance « Préventive » ou uniquement « Corrective » des installations d'éclairage public ainsi que des installations connexes sur le territoire des Pyrénées Atlantiques des communes ayant transféré à TE64 la compétence optionnelle de l'entretien de l'éclairage public. Le marché concerne aussi l'entretien des installations d'éclairage public des zones d'activité des communautés de communes qui transfèrent la compétence à TE64.
