La présente consultation concerne la Phase 3a de l’opération, à savoir les travaux de désamiantage, curage et démolition des bâtiments B, C et C’.Le présent marché est conclu pour partie sous la forme d’un accord-cadre mono attributaire donnant lieu à l’émission de bons de commande conformément aux articles L2125-1 1°, R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 R2162-14 du code de la commande publique et pour partie sous la forme d’un marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire. La partie à bons de commande est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum de 300 000 € HT sur toute la durée du contrat.
