La présente consultation a pour objet les prestations de fourniture, installation et maintenance d'équipements de vidéoprotection et des dispositifs de sûreté associés. Elle n'est pas allotie car, les prestations objet du marché forment un tout indivisible et une distinction entrainerait des difficultés d'interopérabilité des éléments constituants le système de vidéoprotection. La forme du contrat est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire s'exécutant par l'émission de bons de commande sur la base de prix unitaire définis par le bordereau des prix pour les matériels standards listés et dans les catalogues pour les produits hors réseaux, annexés à l'acte d'engagement. Il comprend un engagement sur un montant maximum de commande fixé à 1 000 000,00 euros HT par période d'exécution en application de l'article R2162-4 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée ferme de un (1) an. Il est ensuite renouvelable annuellement trois (3) fois par reconduction expresse.
