Dans le cadre du Plan-Climat et de ses actions, et afin d'accompagner les projets de territoire du CRTE, il est proposé la mise en place d'un marché de prestations de sensibilisation portant sur les thématiques du développement durable et de l'éco-citoyenneté à destination de tous les publics. Le marché est un accord-cadre de services à bons de commande sur la base de prix forfaitisés identifiés au bordereau des prix appliqués aux quantités réellement exécutées, conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2162-2 et suivant, ainsi que R. 2162-13 et suivant du Code de la commande publique. Il ne comporte pas de montant minimum pour les différents lots. Le marché est alloti et se décompose en trois lots : lot 1 : Activités de sensibilisation en porte-à-porte et sous forme de médiation de proximité lot 2 : Activités développement durable grand public et groupes lot 3 : Activités développement durable scolaires/périscolaires
