Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le marché a pour objet d'assurer l'ENTRETIEN DES SYSTEMES DE SECURITE INCENDIE ET DES SYSTEMES DE DESENFUMAGE pour les adhérents du groupement d'achats de la Côte d'Azur (06) dont la liste figure en annexe 1. Ce marché est divisé en 8 lots géographiques. Le candidat doit impérativement effectuer une offre pour chacun des établissements constituant un lot. En cas d'absence de prix pour un ou plusieurs établissements d'un lot, son offre sera écartée sur ce lot. Le titulaire est réputé connaître les ouvrages et installations objet du présent marché. Il les prendra en charge dans l'état où ils se trouvent à la prise d'effet du marché, sans pouvoir invoquer, à aucun moment, leurs configurations pour se soustraire aux obligations du présent marché. A titre indicatif, les prestations seront exécutées à partir du 1er janvier 2027
