Depuis 2024, le Département de la Vendée réorganise et optimise l'ensemble de ses sites internet, en développant des plateformes techniques multisites, et souhaite être accompagné par un prestataire dans la migration et la réalisation de sites et applicatifs web ainsi que dans l'amélioration de sa plateforme technique. La consultation est décomposée en 2 lots. Il s'agit d'accords-cadres à bons de commande avec un montant minimum annuel et un montant maximum annuel, et mono-attributaire.
