L'objet de ce marché consiste en : - une partie ordinaire pour la conception, la réalisation du nouveau site internet de l'Agence Technique de l'Information sur l'Hospitalisation, sa maintenance corrective et son hébergement sous la forme d'un prix forfaitaire annuel incluant les prestations suivantes : o conception et développement du site internet ; o l'acquisition du site (cession) avec réversibilité ; o formation ; o période de garantie ; o la maintenance corrective et le support aux utilisateurs ; o l'hébergement. - la réalisation de prestations de maintenance adaptative ou évolutive, en vue d'un accompagnement dans l'exploitation du site, mises en œuvre par l'émission de bons de commande par l'ATIH à la survenance du besoin. Les prestations incluses dans la partie « ordinaire » du marché seront réglées par application d'un prix forfaitaire établi pour chaque année d'exécution du marché. Les prestations exécutées par l'émission de bons de commande, seront réglées par application de prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées. Le montant des commandes de prestations donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande sont les suivants pour toute la durée du marché (reconductions comprises) : Sans montant minimum ; Montant maximum : 130 000 Euros HT.
