Les prestations de cette consultation sont réparties en 14 corps d'état (CE) sur différents secteurs géographiques, soit 144 lots qui feront l'objet de marchés séparés. Cette consultation concerne uniquement les lots désignés en objet qui se sont révélés infructueux lors de la consultation initiale (AAPC n°2025-0155) Elle est lancée sous forme d'appel d'offres ouvert selon les articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 et R2162-1 et suivants, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Chaque marché sera conclu par voie d'accord-cadre fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles (exécuté au moyen de bons de commande) avec un seul attributaire par lot. Prestations destinées à la réalisation de travaux de maintenance non programmables (travaux d'extrême urgence) ou programmés (dit GEPP annuel ou opérations spécifiques techniques et/ou pédagogiques), notamment lorsque les délais de consultation ne sont pas compatibles avec les délais de réalisation des opérations. L'accord cadre à bons de commande porte principalement et de façon non exhaustive sur : - Des travaux de mise en sécurité ou de réparations urgentes ; - Des travaux d'aménagement, de réparation, d'entretien et de rénovation du patrimoine immobilier. Les interventions peuvent être simultanées et éventuellement sur des périodes restreintes et des vacances scolaires. L'ensemble des directions et services de la Région peuvent émettre des bons de commande sur ces marchés selon la localisation des travaux
