Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de missions d’études d’ingénierie confiées à un bureau d’études techniques (BET) spécialisées regroupant les compétences d’ingénierie grande cuisine, synthèse, structure, agencement-mobilier et acoustique, dans le cadre du projet d’installation d’espaces de restauration collective situé au 15 quai Anatole France à Paris (75007). Les missions confiées au titulaire s’inscrivent en appui de la maîtrise d’œuvre assurée par la direction des Affaires immobilières et du patrimoine de l’Assemblée nationale. Pendant toute la durée d'exécution, le titulaire s'engage à maintenir le niveau d'expérience et de compétence du personnel affecté à la mission. Les missions confiées au titulaire s’inscrivent dans un rôle d’assistance technique spécialisée en appui de la maîtrise d’œuvre assurée par la Direction des affaires immobilières et du patrimoine. Elles ne constituent pas une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre, même partielle, au sens des dispositions applicables en matière de construction. Le titulaire n’exerce aucune mission de direction de l’exécution des travaux ni de coordination générale des intervenants. Les prestations attendues comprennent la production des études et documents techniques nécessaires à la conception du projet et, le cas échéant, à l’accompagnement de la réalisation des travaux, conformément aux prescriptions du présent marché et aux besoins de l’opération. L’ensemble des prestations attendues est détaillé dans le CCTP (cahier des clauses techniques particulières).
