Le marché a pour objet des missions d'assistance à Maîtrise d'ouvrage pour les études d'aménagement applicables aux infrastructures et réseaux gérés ou toute étude relative à l'espace public par l'EPT Grand Paris Seine Ouest. Le marché est alloti au sens des articles L.2113-10 et R.2113-1 du Code de la Commande Publique et comprend deux lots : Lot 1 Assistance à Maitrise d'Ouvrage pour études d'aménagement Assainissement Lot 2 Assistance à Maitrise d'Ouvrage pour études d'aménagement Ouvrages d'Art Le marché n'est pas un marché à tranche. Le marché est un accord cadre mono-attributaire de services à bons de commande, en application des articles R.2162-3, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le marché prendra effet à compter du 1er avril 2026 ou de sa date de notification, si celle-ci est postérieure, pour une durée d’un (1) an renouvelable trois (3) fois par reconduction tacite, soit une durée maximale de quatre (4) ans.
