L'objet de cet accord-cadre et des marchés subséquents qui seront conclus sur son fondement porte sur : - Acheminement et fourniture de gaz naturel alimentant les Points de Comptage et d'Estimation (appelés aussi points de livraisons) listés en Annexe n°2 a l'acte d'engagement ainsi que tout nouveau PCE qui viendrait à devoir être raccordé. - La réalisation de services associés à cette fourniture de gaz Les locaux desservis par le gaz naturel correspondent en grande partie à des immeubles d'habitation, pour lesquels l'usage principal qui est fait du gaz est le chauffage des locaux, la production d'eau chaude sanitaire et la cuisson le cas échéant. L'objectif de cet accord-cadre est d'optimiser les coûts de fourniture et d'acheminement de gaz naturel tout en conservant une réactivité et une qualité de services en relation avec les exigences du présent accord-cadre.
