L'appel à candidature est ouvert à toute équipe présentant les compétences suivantes: -Architecte (mandataire) -Économie de la construction -Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination de chantier (OPC). Les candidats doivent procéder à une visite obligatoire du site avant de remettre une offre. Les modalités de la visite sont définies à l'article 2.5 du RC.
