Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commande conformément aux articles L2113-6 à L2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - Le Mans Métropole - Communauté Urbaine du Mans (coordonnateur du groupement) - Ville du Mans En application des dispositions de l'article L2112-2 du Code de la Commande Publique, l'exécution du marché comporte une clause obligatoire visant à l'insertion de personnes éloignées de l'emploi La durée maximale d'exécution des bons de commande (lot 1) : Du 01/01 au 30/04 chaque année pour la maintenance préventive Maintenance palliative: - Sous 24h pour les dépannages importants - Sous 5 jours ouvrés pour les autres dépannages des équipements sans incident majeur Maintenance corrective : - Sous 10 jours ouvrés pour les réparations urgentes - Sous 20 jours ouvrés pour les réparations dites non urgentes La durée maximale d'exécution des bons de commande pour le lot 2 est de 4 mois.
