La présente consultation concerne les prestations d'élagage des arbres sur le territoire de la Ville de Noisiel. Il s'agit de prestations : - d'entretien : taille en rideau sur trois faces, taille en boule, taille de remise en forme, taille de réduction en largeur et en hauteur, équilibrage du port, éclaircissage du sujet, dégagement d'installations, abattage, dessouchage, enlèvement de bois mort ; - d'urgence : taille de mise en sécurité, abattage et dessouchage. La définition des prestations ainsi que les modalités d'exécution sont décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP) et dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le marché donne lieu à un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande conformément à l'article R. 2162-2 du Code de la commande publique, passé avec un montant maximum de commande de 100 000 euros HT par période de 12 mois.
