La procédure est une relance de la procédure 2023DP09 portant sur le même objet déclaré sans suite. La présente opération porte sur la reconstruction de la station d'épuration de Mesnil-Saint-Père. La charge à traiter sur cette station d'épuration est très dépendante de l'activité touristique.
