Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les travaux de gros entretien et le traitement des pathologies des résidences. Il a pour objet de : - Venir en complément de l'accord cadre «Entretien Courant» qui n'assure que les menues réparations, - Assurer la pérennité du patrimoine immobilier : Travaux de Gros entretien, de mise aux normes, de sécurité, de traitement des pathologies structurelles du bâti, d'adaptation des Parties Communes aux personnes en situation de handicap. - Garantir une meilleure gestion budgétaire - Disposer de la réactivité nécessaire afin de respecter les obligations réglementaires et techniques. La présente consultation est un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi-attributaires dans la limite de 3 attributaires pour chacun des lots, conformément aux dispositions des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique du 1er Avril 2019. Les modalités d'attribution des bons de commande sont indiqués au CCAP. Les prestations sont réparties en 4 lots, déterminées et sous divisées en lots géographiques correspondant aux territoires à l'exception du lot n°4, dont le périmètre est celui de PARTENORD Habitat dans son entier. Les variantes sont interdites. Les montants estimatifs indiqués sont annuels
