Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet, l’entretien et la maintenance des ascenseurs situés sur l’ensemble du patrimoine de Plaine Commune Habitat. Le présent accord-cadre est alloti. Il est décomposé en deux lots au total: lot no1 : Maintenance et entretien des ascenseurs de Plaine Commune Habitat - Lot N°2 : Gros travaux d’entretien et de renouvellement des ascenseurs. Chacun des lots fera l’objet d’un marché séparé. Chaque candidat peut répondre à un ou plusieurs lots. Aucune variante obligatoire n’est imposée au titre des lots du présent accord-cadre. La présentation de variantes libres n’est pas autorisée au titre des lots du présent accord-cadre. Les lots du présent accord-cadre ne sont pas décomposés en tranches. Le lot no1 est traité à prix mixtes, pour partie à prix global et forfaitaire et pour partie à bons de commande. Le lot no2 est un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents.
