La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation des travaux de DÉSAMIANTAGE – CURAGE - DÉ-MOLITION (lot n°1) dans le cadre de l’opération de RÉNOVATION DU GROUPE SCOLAIRE JULES FERRY sis 53-55, rue Commandant Paul-Pierre-Clerc – 58000 NEVERS. La parcelle de l’établissement dispose de deux accès principaux depuis la rue du Commandant Paul-Pierre-Clerc et regroupe : - un bâtiment École Élémentaire avec un préau en secteur Nord ; - deux bâtiments École Maternelle avec une annexe en secteur Ouest ; - un bâtiment cantine en secteur Nord-Ouest ; - un gymnase en secteur Sud-Est ; - des logements en secteurs Sud.
