La Ville de Rennes possède un patrimoine d'un peu plus de 50 gymnases. Une part importante de ce parc a été construit dans les années 70-80 et présente pour un nombre important d'équipements, des fonctionnalités inadaptées aux usages, des états de vétusté avancés et de faibles niveaux de performance énergétique au regard des enjeux de transitions écologiques actuels et des obligations du Décret Tertiaire. La collectivité a élaboré un Schéma Directeur des Équipements Publics, en priorisant la restructuration d'un certain nombre de ces complexes sportifs couverts. L'objectif du présent accord-cadre est de pouvoir augmenter la capacité de la Ville de Rennes à procéder à des opérations de restructurations-rénovations énergétiques de gymnases, devenus prioritaires dans un délai resserré. Différentes typologies de gymnases seront concernées par cet Accord-Cadre : salles multisports, gymnases de type B (salle d'environ 600m²), gymnases de type C (salle d'environ 1 000m²), salles spécialisées (tennis, DOJO…) Les opérations de rénovation pourront intégrer des thématiques variées (rénovation énergétique / restructurations fonctionnelles / mise en accessibilité / installation de centrales solaires photovoltaïques…).
