Le présent marché a pour objet la Tierce Maintenance Applicative (TMA) des applications utilisant la plateforme JPlatform de l’éditeur Jalios (http://www.jalios.com) par l’Agence de la biomédecine (ABM). La finalité du présent marché est quadruple : - Garantir le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement des applications réalisées avec JPlatform, existantes et à venir, ainsi que leurs évolutions. - Garantir le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement de leur architecture (frontaux Web, serveur d’application, annuaire LDAP, brique d’authentification) et de leur intégration dans le SI de l’Agence. - Développer de nouvelles applications en mode projet sur ces bases. - Accompagner l’Agence dans la mise en œuvre de ses solutions grâce à des expertises du titulaire (par exemple, optimisation de l’architecture, assistance à la recette).
