Lot 8 - Formation CACES - Région Pays de la Loire. L'accord-cadre est mixte (article R2162-3 du code de la commande publique). Il pourra s'exécuter au moyen de bons de commande sur la base des prix de l'heure-stagiaire en centre de formation indiqué dans le bordereau de prix unitaire annexé à l'acte d'engagement. L'accord-cadre pourra également s'exécuter au moyen de marchés subséquents qui pourront être soit à prix global et forfaitaire ; soit à prix unitaires ; soit à prix mixtes. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Le nombre d'heures-stagiaires minimum et maximum cumulés de commandes et de marchés subséquents pouvant être réalisé dans le cadre du lot 8 sont respectivement 1 500 heures-stagiaires et 2 500 heures-stagiaires.
