L'accord-cadre sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. SAINT-ETIENNE METROPOLE a engagé le remplacement de son parc de bus diesels par des bus électriques. La mise en service de cette nouvelle technologie impose le déploiement d'une infrastructure de recharge dédiée. Cette infrastructure sera mise en oeuvre sur le site TRANSPOLE de remisage et de maintenance des bus de la STAS, situé au 1 Av. Pierre Mendès France, à Saint-Priest-en-Jarez (42), ainsi que sur le site de remisage de SAINT CHAMOND situé Rue de la Constituante, à Saint-Chamond (42). Le projet vise, à terme, à la mise en place de : - 73 points de charge pour des bus électriques moyennes capacités de 10m, des bus standards de 12 m et des bus articulés de 18 m sur le dépôt Transpole, - et de 20 points de charge pour des bus standards de 12m à Saint Chamond
