Le présent marché a pour objet de confier au Titulaire qui l'accepte, l'exécution du ou des service(s)public(s) routier(s) créé(s) à l'attention des élèves et étudiants en situation de handicap durant les jours de période scolaire. Les établissements scolaires concernés sont les établissements d'enseignement général, agricole ou professionnel, public ou privé placé sous contrat, en application des articles L 442-5 et L 442-12 du Code de l'éducation implantés sur le périmètre de Transport de la Martinique. Pour les étudiants, le cursus doit déboucher sur un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur reconnu par l'Etat. Le titulaire pourra également être amené à transporter les élèves et étudiants vers les lieux de stage ou les centres d'apprentissage.
