La présente consultation concerne un marché de travaux pour la restructuration et l'extension du plateau technique du Centre Hospitalier de la Région de Saint-Omer. La présente consultation est passée en procédure d'appel d'offre ouvert, réalisée aux articles L.2124-2, R.2124-1, R2124-2 1°et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Dans le cadre de la précédente procédure, les lots C et D ont été déclarés sans suite, notamment en raison d'une mauvaise définition du besoin.
