La présente consultation a pour objet la désignation d'un maître d'oeuvre aux fins de l'aménagement de l'itinéraire cyclable Yenne/Aiguebelette, permettant à terme de relier la commune de Yenne et le lac d'Aiguebelette sur un trajet d'environ 22 km (73% en mixité, 27% en site propre selon certaines variantes ), des études d'AVP à la réception (AOR). Le projet est localisé sur le territoire départemental de la de Savoie. Il s'agit d'une opération d'infrastructure comprenant de la construction neuve et de la réhabilitation. Le programme de l'opération définit le besoin et l'enveloppe budgétaire allouée aux travaux pour l'itinéraire défini ci-dessus ainsi que celle des travaux relatifs aux mesures compensatoires prévues. La Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes est le maître d'ouvrage du projet. Elle n'exploitera pas et n'entretiendra pas cet itinéraire cyclable. Les infrastructures seront remises en gestion à la mise en service aux futurs gestionnaires, qui pourront être les communes et leurs groupements et le département de la Savoie.
