La présente consultation a pour objet la mise sous plis, le routage, le colisage, l'affranchissement et le dépôt de documents à un prestataire postal. Les documents peuvent être des documents de gestion et de documents de communication (lot 1) ou des documents liés à la communication interne (lot 2). Les accords-cadres sont conclus pour une durée initiale à compter du 12/03/2026 ou de leur date de notification si elle est postérieure, jusqu'au 11/03/2028. Ils sont reconductibles deux fois une année selon les modalités définies au CCAPC. Ils sont conclus sans montant minimum et avec les montants maximum définis dans chacun des lots. Le lot 2 constitue un lot réservé au sens de l'article L2113-12 du Code de la Commande Publique
