Le présent marché concerne les prestations d'entretien des espaces verts pour tous les sites du CROUS de NICE-TOULON. Les prestations d'entretien des espaces verts ont pour but d'assurer le développement normal des végétaux ainsi que la conservation des caractéristiques des espaces aménagés, leur propreté et leur aspect esthétique. Il s'agit d'un marché mono-attributaire mixte, avec une partie à prix global et forfaitaire pour les prestations régulières et une partie à bons de commande à prix unitaires pour les prestations ponctuelles sur demande expresse du CROUS.Les prestations ponctuelles donnent lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum avec maximum de 72 000 euro(s) HT, toutes reconductions comprises, en application de l'article R2162-2 alinéa 2 du Code de la commande publique.
