Le présent marché a pour objet : - la fourniture d’une solution informatique permettant d’organiser la programmation des films disponibles dans le cadre des dispositifs d’éducation au cinéma du CNC, - la réalisation des prestations associées à la solution à savoir : o son hébergement, o son maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO), o son support, o la réalisation de développements spécifiques (besoins fonctionnels particuliers) o la réalisation des prestations associées (pilotage de projet, paramétrage, formation…). sont dénommées ci-après la « Solution ». La Solution devra permettre l’interopérabilité, via des interfaces de programmation applicatives (API), avec une plateforme tierce unique assurant la mise à disposition dématérialisée des œuvres, incluant l’envoi des DCP, l’émission des KDM ainsi que le streaming. La génération des KDM, l’envoi des KDM, l’envoi des DCP et la fourniture du streaming sont hors périmètre du présent marché.
