Le présent accord-cadre est passé sous la forme d'un accord cadre mono-attributaire, sans minimum et avec un maximum, selon l'article R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum des prestations pour toute la durée de l'accord-cadre est de 3 000 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 1 et de 3 000 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 2. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. L'accord-cadre comprend des prestations systématiques et des prestations ponctuelles. Prestations systématiques : Il s'agit de prestations à assurer sur les résidences selon une périodicité indiquée et rémunérées dans le cadre de la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (D.P.G.F.). Prestations ponctuelles : Une partie de l'accord-cadre sera traitée par bons de commande émis par Toulouse Métropole HABITAT, dans les conditions fixées aux articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
