La présente consultation concerne la restructuration de l'EHPAD - Résidence Bellevue à Saint-Denis-de-Gastines (53). Le présent projet a pour objet la restructuration à lits constants de l'EHPAD - résidence Bellevue, EHPAD de 81 lits. Le projet prévoit la création d'une unité d'hébergement pour personnes déambulantes, l'adaptation de certaines chambres pour les doter de salles de bains privatives, la réorganisation des unités d'hébergements afin d'y amener des locaux de vie, la création d'un PASA, ainsi que la réorganisation du pôle soin au coeur des unités d'hébergement. Au-delà de ce réaménagement fonctionnel, l'EHPAD souhaite développer son ouverture sur la ville, notamment via la création de tiers lieux, salle d'animation et salle à manger accessible depuis la place réorganisant ainsi le pôle animation et restauration à l'échelle de l'établissement.
