These events consist of public events or technical meetings (e.g. seminars, round tables, trainings, pilot visits), involving participants at a range varying from 10 to 250 depending on the purpose and scope of the activity and project. The required services will include provision of event venue and related materials/facilities, accommodation, meeting package, catering, visibility materials, domestic/international travel and transport services. It will also involve the above-mentioned services required for the study visits abroad.
