Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre fractionné à bons de commande avec maximum sans minimum en application des articles R. 2162-2 et suivants, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum en valeur de l'accord cadre pour l'ensemble de la consultation est de 2 778 000 euro(s) HT sur 4 ans pour l'ensemble des lots. Le marché est conclu pour une durée initiale de 2 ans à compter de la notification du marché, il pourra être reconduit 1 fois pour une période de 2 ans, soit une durée totale maximum de 4 ans. La reconduction est tacite, elle est considérée comme acceptée si aucune décision écrite contraire n'est notifiée au titulaire dans un délai de 3 mois avant la fin de la durée de validité du marché
