Réhabilitation de la plateforme de halage de la section Béthencourt-sur-Somme / Saint Simon Section Ham - Viefville (PK 07+600 au PK 10+020). Les prestations donnent lieu à un marché à prix mixte. Les prestations liées à l’installation du chantier, aux études d’organisation, d’exécution, aux essais et contrôles internes, aux panneaux d’information et/ou de communication et au dossier de récolement sont prévues dans la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et donnent lieu à un marché ordinaire à prix forfaitaire. Les travaux de réhabilitation de la plateforme de halage font l’objet de prix unitaires renseignés au bordereau des prix unitaires et seront réalisées par le biais de bons de commande, en application des articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, pour un montant maximum de : 2 300 000 € HT. Ce montant représente la limite maximum de commande et ne constitue en aucun cas une obligation d’achat par le Département. Les commandes seront donc passées en fonction des besoins réels et dans la limite du montant maximum fixés ci-dessus.
