La consultation concerne : - l'impression (incluant l'approvisionnement de papier), façonnage et livraison (lot 1) - la distribution (lot 2) - la rédaction (lot 3) - les reportages photographiques (lot 4). L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. En complément de la section relative au nombre de titulaires maximum : pour les lots 1 et 2 : chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Pour le lot 3 : l'accord-cadre sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Pour le lot 4 : l'accord-cadre sera attribué à un maximum de 4 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). En complément de la rubrique "Valeur estimée (H.T.)", il s'agit du montant maximum de l'accord-cadre tous les lots confondus et toutes périodes confondues (reconductions comprises) soit 4 ans.
