Elle assure la fourniture de manuels scolaires et d'autres ouvrages et supports pédagogiques à ces établissements ainsi qu'aux services ayant en charge l'éducation et la jeunesse. 1 030 enfants sont inscrits en classe maternelle et 1 754 enfants en classe élémentaire.
