La présente consultation concerne des Travaux de renforcement de rives et de chaussées. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre reconductible, décomposé en 3 lots géographiques. Il doit permettre la réalisation annuelle, pour l’ensemble des lots, de prestations de renforcement de rives en épaulement de chaussées ainsi que des aménagements de sécurité et des travaux de gestion des eaux pluviales de la chaussée. L’éventuelle mise en place de déviations et le marquage routier ne font pas partie du contrat. L'accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant total des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est défini comme suit pour chacun des lots : Minimum HT : Sans; Maximum HT : 2 500 000 €. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction.
