L'atelier mécanique de Sang de serp se situe dans la Halle du 224 chemin de sang de serp. Cette halle emblématique a été construite à la fin des années 1940. L'objet de cette operation est de restructurer les ateliers mécaniques et de retrouver l'intégrité de la halle en démolissant les nombreux bâtiments adossés à ses façades. Cette opération de restructuration consiste à augmenter et faire évoluer l'activité sur le site. Dans l'enveloppe existante de la halle, l'atelier doit être repensé pour : - augmenter la capacité d'accueil de véhicules - Restructurer les espaces ateliers / stockage et ponts. - Mettre aux normes les locaux du personnel y compris bureau (vestiaire, salle de repos…) La surface à restructurer est d'environ 2 400 m²
