This tender is a restricted design competition for architectural and engineering services for the rehabilitation and extension of the House of Archaeology and Archaeopole at Bordeaux University. The competition concerns the design phase (Phase OFFRE) of this institutional building project.

Participants must be qualified architectural and engineering firms capable of leading a design competition for institutional building rehabilitation and extension. Teams should demonstrate experience in heritage-sensitive architectural projects and complex building interventions.

Architectural firms and engineering practices with proven expertise in design competitions, institutional projects, and building rehabilitation should participate. Multi-disciplinary teams combining architecture and engineering are encouraged.
