This tender concerns the supply and management of electronic toll badges (télébadges) to enable heavy goods vehicles operated by the Département de la Savoie to access French motorway networks. The contract will be executed through a framework agreement with orders issued as needed.

Suppliers must be capable of issuing, managing, and maintaining electronic toll badge systems compliant with French motorway standards. Experience in large-scale fleet toll management and technical support infrastructure is required.
